Our people make us what we are. They answer the phone when you call. They organise our TEFL courses across Ireland. They support you through your TEFL course, and they’ll pop your TEFL certificate in the post once you’ve completed your course.
Our TEFL Support Team
Our TEFL support team is supportive, which is pretty much what you’d want from a support team really. Once you’ve enrolled on your course or applied for a TEFL job abroad they’ll be there to answer any questions you have and iron out any problems.
Who’s Who in TEFL Ireland Support?
Elaine Kirton – Elaine manages customer support.
Jill Drysdale – Jill works in customer service (no one realises, but she’s actually in charge).
Roisin McGoldrick – She is the TEFL Ireland Helpdesk Queen, but we call her Miagi as she’s actually a dragon behind it all!

Our TEFL advisors are the people you’ll speak to when you call to ask about a course or a TEFL job. There’s no hard sell. They’ll just ask you a few questions about your plans, give you some advice and do their best to help you find the right TEFL course or TEFL placement.

Sian Smith – Sian is pink-obsessed, and even once had a pink car!
Laura Cooke – She loves everything to do with music – nothing makes her happier than a good sing-song.
